The Columbia Recruiting Battalion held the Change of Command Ceremony on Friday, June 24. Outgoing Commander LTC Chuck White was honored while Incoming Commander LTC Chris Forsythe was welcomed. The ceremony and reception were held at the Officers' Club in Fort Jackson.
