Columbia Recruiting Battalion Fishing Tournament

July 13, 2012 - Capt. Mike Glover, Lake Murray Striper Fishing Guide, gave back to Columbia's troops this morning by holding the Columbia Recruiting Battalion Fishing Tournament at Lake Murray, S.C. Glover hosted the event for over 40 Army Soldiers from the Columbia Battalion who are stationed all over South Carolina. The fishing tournament kicked off at 6:30 a.m. this morning and ended at 11:30 a.m. with a weigh-in, declaring the winner of the tournament Asheville's 1st Sgt. Chris Warren with the largest fish at 6 lbs. 13 oz. Glover held the event to give back to local Army troops with a day of fishing and fun.
